Directions to the New Vita House Location

As from Monday 30th May 2011, our office will be located on lower Goff Street, Roscommon Town near the Circular Road roundabout between FBD Offices and Ros Office Supplies.

Our car-parking facilities can be availed of and accessed from Athlone Road gateway opposite Castlemine Farm Shop.

Vita House Family Centre Is On The Move

We will continue to provide services as usual in temporary premises on lower Goff Street near the Circular Road roundabout.  Our car-parking facilities can be availed of and access is located opposite Allen’s shop. We will be in situ from Monday, 30th May. The services we provide include a wide range of enrichment and family support programmes, courses, seminars and workshops.  Professional counselling  / psychotherapy and family mediation services are also offered each day by appointment.

We would again like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to all those involved in fundraising for the new development. We wish to thank the fundraising committee, volunteers and members of the parish and local community who all gave generously of their time and energy. We would also like to thank the following for grant-aiding the project: Roscommon Integrated Development Company, Roscommon Parish and all those who made public donations in response to our fundraising appeal. Last but not least we would like to thank the media for keeping everyone informed on developments. We hope that your support will continue to be ongoing.

For some time now we have been waiting for the building works to commence at our Abbey Street premises. Due to the process of public procurement this has taken longer than anticipated but we hope that the works will be completed in a timely fashion so that we can return to Abbey Street within a year.

In the meantime, Vita House will ensure that a warm welcome awaits you at our Centre on Goff Street.
